These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Services operated by UnityLtd. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked in the footer.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, or legal restrictions. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed and shipped.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Availability
Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping details, and total charges are displayed at checkout. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors, including after an order is submitted, and will notify you where appropriate.

Shipping, cancellation, and return rules are part of these Terms. Please review the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy before ordering. Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly and cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment begins.

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You may not interfere with security or operations, scrape or misuse content, submit false information, or use the Services in a way that infringes another person's rights. The Services and their design, text, graphics, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, UnityLtd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Governing Law and Contact
